Business DivisionsGroup FunctionsYour roleWe are looking for an experienced test engineer to join us on our automation journey for our core accounting platform - SimCorp Dimension. This requires a strong understanding of automation strategies and a good understanding of the asset management business. Any experience of Simcorp Dimension is beneficial to the role.Role responsibilities include:

Contribution to the build and maintenance of an automation framework for testing Simcorp Dimension.
Development of custom tools and integrate with existing tools to increase test engineering productivity.
Delivering the automation book of work, collaborating with the team to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements via test automation, driving a culture of “automation-first” in the QA space.
Co-ordination of a standard regression test pack on a regular basis aligned to the change programme.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank, including international locations.
Compliance with test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans.

We analyze, develop, and deliver solutions to maintain or change our Core Platform with our business counterparts.
As an automation expert you will play an important role in ensuring the automation framework is followed and contribute to technical design discussions with the architects.

3+ Years of proven Automation Testing experience, ideally in the finance sector.
Be exceptionally accurate with a superior mathematical aptitude.
Experience implementing and maintaining an automated framework.
Capable of working in a global team across time-zones. Facilitating hand-over between regional teams to support continuous test capabilities.
Proven delivery of performing:

o Functional testing to assess for accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality, and accessibility.
o Non-functional testing to assess for security, reliability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and portability.
o Regression testing for projects, upgrades, product and PRV (Production Readiness Verification)

Committed to developing skills to ensure up to date solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and devops tooling (GitLab)

Technical Skills

Practical understanding of test automation across multiple test tools (i.e., TOSCA, UFT, HP ALM, MS Azure Test Plans, GitLab & MS Visual Studio)
Working knowledge of the SimCorp windows and underlying data navigation and configuration
PowerShell scripting and/or Oracle PL-SQL experience an advantage.
