
HR Admin & Payroll Specialist (In-house)

- Analyzing and processing HR data
- Working in internal in house Payroll & Admin Specialist in cooperation with outsourced Payroll Team
- Deliver the highest quality of service in payroll operations - preparation of data for external payroll vendor and verification of the accuracy of calculations
- Provide data inputs to local BSC related with pre-payroll activities
- Preparing reports as requested
- Managing and reconciling employees time and attendance records
- Maintaining complete personnel documentation, administration of medical examination of employees
- Gathering and archiving the payroll documents (e.g. payroll list, ZUS documentation)
- Liaising with external institutions
- Cooperating with the benefit vendors as well as internal stakeholders
- Provide answers and support to employees' in terms of HR admin and social security topics
- Support other HR Administration or Payroll projects and activities
- 1+ years of professional experience in HR Payroll or Admin Team
- University degree
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel or Google tools
- Strong analytical and very good organizational skills
- Close attention to detail, "Client-focus" and proactive approach
- Proficient knowledge of social security as Polish payroll, labor law and tax regulations
- Full proficiency in Polish
- Working proficiency in English
- Experience in working with SSC/BSC organizations is a plus
- Experience with the WORKDAY system is a plus
