Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to: Field Service CoordinatorAs a Drive Systems Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing advanced work on medium and low voltage drives at home and abroad. The scope of this work includes, but is not limited to, commissioning, programming, parameterization, supervision of the installation of and analysis of operating problems using the most modern diagnostic methods available in the Industry 4.0 (Augmented Reality, Remote Support, ABB Ability®, etc.). All work will be performed with the highest safety standards.The work model for the role is: hybridYour role and responsibilities:

Maintenance of low and medium voltage drives and traction equipment
Programming of devices in such applications as fans, pumps and more advanced, such as cranes, conveyors, winders
Diagnostics and repairs, as well as preventive maintenance
Remote support for customers
Cooperation in improving the quality of maintenance services
Technical support of Service Sales Specialists

Qualifications for the role

Higher technical education (preferred Automation, Robotics, Electronics)
Work experience in a similar position
Ability to conduct conversations with the customer
Good command of the English language to be able to communicate freely in an international environment
Willingness to travel frequently in the country and abroad
Driving license category B
Good knowledge of MS Office
Independence, responsibility and punctuality of the tasks performed
Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work
