Dynamics BC Consultant

• Lead and support the team in customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements, define workflows, and provide effective ERP solutions
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with development teams as needed
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics BC or NAV
• Strong understanding of financial, supply chain, or manufacturing processes
• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations and post-go-live support
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
