- handle FI issues independently, train members on typical FI issues / standard FI knowledge
- deliver on agreed timelines with a focus on FI solutions
- ensure compliance of SLA
- work with multicultural team, and lead tasks on your own
- handle of various sub modules in FI or CO
- FICO knowledge
- experience of SAP FICO module Implementations or support/maintenance
- experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/business blueprint and configuration/customization
- end to end business process know-how
- integration experience with other modules FI, FI-AA, CO, MM, or external systems
- fluent English and German enabling communication and cooperation with the Client (including work with project documentation)
- ability of analytical thinking, ability of knowledge extending and cooperating with the team
- high degree of initiative and flexibility
- high customer orientation and quality awareness
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- willing to skills development, engagement, determination in problem solving
