Minimum of 5 years of experience with full stack software development, covering all phases of the software development lifecycle, and over 10 years of experience as a Software Developer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related engineering field
EU/NATO SECRET security clearance (or willingness to be cleared)
Fluent English C1
EU citizenship
PSD1 Professional Scrum Developer certification (or willingness to pass it)
Experience in Java and Angular/React
Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g.: JIRA)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Excellent communication skills
Strong “can-do” attitude
Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice

Nice to have requirements:

Experience of working on mission-critical systems.
Experience of working in a distributed and international team

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer proficient in Java and Angular/React to join Sopra Steria Poland for projects for our clients in the security and defense sector. You will work in a stable environment in a multinational team.Tech Stack:

Backend: Java, Spring Framework and Spring Boot , (near) real-time RESTful web systems
Frontend: Angular/React
Version control systems: GIT; GitLab
Other: Maven, JQuery, RabbitMQ, Entity Framework and REST APIs
