- Lead full-cycle implementations and migrations of Cytric Easy & Expense
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, designing solutions that fit their business
- Act as subject-matter expert, supporting pre-sales, demos, and solution design
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, and budgets to ensure successful go-lives
- Oversee post-implementation support and continuous improvement
- University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business, or IT
- Background in business travel, ideally within a TMC or with online booking tools
- Hands-on experience with Cytric Easy and preferably Cytric Expense
- Strong project management skills across all phases of delivery
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferred)
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
