Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development with Java
Strong knowledge of Java 8/11 and Spring Framework
Experience with REST API design and development
Proficiency in JUnit and mocking libraries
Good understanding of design patterns and JVM performance optimization (including memory management and troubleshooting)
Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate or Spring Data JPA
Experience with Docker and deployment on Windows environments
Familiarity with Git (preferably Azure Repos) and modular monolith architecture
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of Java 21 is a plus
