Our expectations:

Mandatory C1-level proficiency in both German and English.
A formal qualification in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related field is a must.
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within complex development projects.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Proven experience in agile methodologies, having actively participated in at least two projects using Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with testing software using Cypress.
Practical experience with Tailwind or shadcn.
Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment.
Prior experience in projects related to public transport, fare management, or ticketing within the last three years.
Experience in setting up digital distribution systems, such as online shops.
Experience collaborating on projects with complex architectures (e.g., monorepo, white label apps, component libraries).
Experience in creating designs using Figma.
Hybrid work from our office 2-3 days per week.
