.Key Responsibilities:

Manage CAPEX and MRO procurement categories: needs analysis, purchasing consolidation, planning, and execution of sourcing strategies.
Cooperating with the Category Manager in the execution of sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate technical and innovative solutions
Work closely with engineering and investment departments on preparing and reviewing technical specifications.
Lead procurement processes: negotiations, contract finalization, and execution oversight.
Build and maintain supplier relationships; support strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation.
Provide support for investment processes, including asset classification and understanding of construction law.
Use ERP system and advanced MS Excel tools (e.g., pivot tables, cost analysis, reporting).

Requirements:

University degree in a technical field (engineering, automation, mechanics, sanitary engineering) or economics with strong understanding of technical processes.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or CAPEX procurement in a production/manufacturing environment (preferably: pharmaceutical, chemical, FMCG).
Fluency in English that allows for daily communication
Knowledge of construction law and investment project life cycles.
Ability to read and evaluate technical documentation; strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP system is a plus.
Strong communication skills, independence, and ability to manage complex procurement processes.
