You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Lean Expert in Professional Piła with Signify.The Lean Expert is responsible for initiating, planning, implementing and orchestrating process improvement projects within the organization in line with Lean Management principles. The aim is to increase operational efficiency, eliminate waste, and develop a culture of continuous improvement.

Analyze production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement (muda, mura, muri).

Lead optimization projects according to Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 6S, SMED, TPM, VSM).Support the implementation of Lean tools and process standardization. * Conduct training for employees in Lean Management and process improvement methods.

Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and maintenance departments to achieve common goals.
Participate in process audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Skills

Lean Manufacturing (VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke).

Basic knowledge of Six Sigma (an advantage).Knowledge of data analysis and working with KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, takt time).Ability to conduct training and engage teams.Communication and collaboration in a cross-functional environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Everything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
