I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.Job DescriptionAbout the role:As a Senior Business Analyst in Supply Integrity Team in Takeda Business Solutions (TBS), you will play a key role in analysing and monitoring parallel trade flows across Europe and Canada. You will work with complex, multi-country datasets, transform data into actionable insights, and provide high-quality reporting and presentations to senior stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business decisions while being part of a collaborative, international team.Key Responsibilities:

Delivering analytics and data visualization to clarify parallel trade flow in Europe and Canada
Prepare reliable country-level reporting for performance and sales planning
Provide insights that support quota setting, supply planning, and commercial strategy
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across regions
Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo and process excellence
Support in MRP planning (Annual Budget) for PI/PE portion of PnL
Drive process improvements and adopt new digital tools & solutions to existing reports and analysis

Qualifications & Skills:

University or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related areas
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large, complex datasets
Advanced Excel proficiency: experience with Power BI, Access DB, Power Automate or other reporting tools is a strong plus
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and evolving processes
Excellent communication skills; experience presenting to large audiences is a plus
Independent, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Experience in multi-country / remote collaboration
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Fluent English (written & spoken); additional European languages a plus
