ROLE OVERVIEW:Today's financial services institutions require robust, future-focused strategies to balance the cost versus growth agenda, digitalize and personalize critical products and services, and to transform organizations and the industry at large. Capco's Strategy team facilitates a client and customer-led approach, leveraging business, digital and technology capabilities, to articulate and challenge strategic imperatives.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Business Strategy
To drive revenue and enhance operations, financial services consider new strategies to their business. You will help clients develop focused, actionable and effective strategic responses to the most difficult questions. You will define 'effective' as driving superior results for customers, employees and shareholders.Digital Strategy
The digital journey from vision to execution can be unclear and complex. You will help clients map this journey in detail using deep domain expertise to define focused and effective strategic responses. Our strategies are content rich, delivery focused, innovative, and drive positive results for both clients and end-users.Organization & Talent Strategy
A growth and digital strategy will only succeed with the right organizational and talent strategy to bring it to life. You will help our clients design an organization and talent model that is right for their business - creating the desired culture which drives high performance.Technology Strategy
Investment in technology is often a path towards enhancing return and should create a distinct competitive advantage. You will help our clients design and implement a technology strategy that focuses on business results while remaining closely guided by practical expertise.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Experience
  • 5+ years in strategic consulting for financial services
  • Proven success in banking consulting, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Experience with complex strategic transformations and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
Skills & Mindset
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills-adept at leading meetings and workshops.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and technical roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with digital and technology enablers (e.g., cloud, AI, data platforms) is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation, client success, and continuous improvement.
