Based in Wroclaw, you’ll thrive in a hybrid setup that combines autonomy with meaningful in-person collaboration.Your Responsibilities
- Define the overall product strategy and vision for the revenue squad, aligning it with both user needs and business goals.
- Lead the discovery and scoping process of new initiatives, transforming ambiguous goals into clear, actionable plans.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Collect and analyze customer engagement data, user feedback, and market trends to continuously enhance the revenue product, balancing short-term wins with long-term value.
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy, together with go-to-market teams, that maximizes customer impact and learnings while minimizing risk.
- Measure success based on key metrics like customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and user engagement, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor one or more other Product Managers.
- A strong background in product management with experience in building SaaS products
- Technical fluency: you're able to collaborate closely with engineers, understand system architecture, and speak the language of devs.
- AI-awareness, you’re keeping up with all new developments and have started building AI products.
- Ability to define and execute a product strategy, roadmap, and vision with cross-functional teams.
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Ability to get things done. From prototyping to analyzing data, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You take full ownership of your work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, you know how to get buy-in from people with different needs.
- Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment.
- An eye for good UI/UX.
- Flexible working hours: Due to the customer support and the daily cycle of our core customer base, 10:00-15:00 CET is required. If you need to finish up earlier, it’s fine — that’s just the default. Other than that, there are no restrictions — just attend the meetings and stay in alignment with the team.
- Paid time off: All bank holidays are off. On top of that, there are 26 days of paid time off and 5 days of sick leave.
- Hardware: We can take care of your laptop and a headset (if needed).
- Traveling: Company retreats are expected but not mandatory (once for the whole company and once for the product team). All conferences, local events, and online events (meetups, conferences, etc.) are highly encouraged but not mandatory. Traveling expenses can be covered in case of being a speaker and clearly mentioning aleno (for hiring, marketing, etc.)
