We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Python Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Azure for our client, a global leader in banking, investment banking, and financial services.This position offers a flex-hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office located in Wroclaw.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Python applications to address business requirements and align with technical standardsCollaborate across teams to design and deliver robust software solutionsLeverage Azure services and related technologies to create scalable systemsImplement event-based design patterns to enhance application efficiencyApply expertise in RAG architecture to design innovative solutionsTroubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure reliability and high performanceAlign with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge approachesRequirementsExcellent Python programming skillsDemonstrable experience leading and mentoring engineering teamsBackground in Generative AI and LLMsFamiliarity with Azure environments and cloud technologiesStrong understanding of event-based design patternsKnowledge of the principles underpinning RAG architectureSkills in problem-solving with high attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration aptitudeNice to haveBackground in the financial services industryCertification showcasing expertise in Azure or related cloud platformsFamiliarity with additional programming languages or development frameworksUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
