Managing all warehouse operations and activities, including administration, achievement of KPIs and financial performance to ensure smooth operations.
Strengthen our long-standing partnerships with our key customers by providing fresh insights and solutions, ensuring their continued growth and satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with DHL's global regulations.
Pro-actively act with the customer to offer support, review budgets and assess warehouse performance to align the operational plan with customer needs and expectations.
Provide support and resources to your team, fostering developing environment.
Drive continuous improvement of design, development & managing team of employee.
Set the tone for your leadership team and everyone on the floor, acting as an ambassador for change.

Who Are We Looking For?

Min. 4 years of experience in managing logistics operations.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams effectively.
High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken) – B2/C1 level.
Proven ability to define and deploy strategic plans for the site.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Project management skills and passion for driving change and implementing innovative solutions.
