- Continuous development of the business and sales within assigned sales channel: planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling all functions.
- Developing and meeting financial targets as per Total Market financial plan.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Cocreation of sales plans within assigned sales channel to implement the company's market strategy.
- Coordination of the work of the subordinate sales team in assigned channel.
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional experience in managing the entire pharma team including the medical team
- Experience in team management and developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create short-term and long-term sales strategies.
