- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related fields.
- Able to work as an individual contributor and an Agile Team Lead / mentor for less experienced colleagues.
- 7+ years of industry experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
- Industry experience in building and deploying predictive models in production at scale.
- Industry experience w/ Deep Learning models and methods (NNs, RNNs, Transformers, embeddings, etc.).
- Strong programming skills (Python, Scala is nice to have).
- Mathematical background in statistics/machine learning/AI.
- Good communication, problem-solving and presentation skills, team-player.
- Able to accommodate US PST timezone as necessary (Minimum two meetings at 6 or 7 PM a week).
- Fluency in Polish and English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).
- Experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop/Spark/Hive).
- Expertise with LLMs.
