
Tooling Coordinator

- Oversee the logistics and overall management of tooling within the Heavy Maintenance facility.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate tooling stock levels to meet operational demands.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Production Manager of the Heavy Maintenance base.
- Collaborate closely with the Line Maintenance Tooling team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Ensure all tooling is maintained in a serviceable and calibrated condition, ready for immediate use by Engineering teams.
- Manage the movement of tooling across the network to ensure a well-organised, efficient operation.
- Track and follow up on open repair orders with Ryanair’s approved repair and calibration vendors; assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors with additional capabilities.
- Assess tooling needs and support the justification and procurement of new tools based on operational requirements.
- Strong ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and a mature, proactive approach.
- Highly organised with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent in both literacy and numeracy.
- A background in mechanical engineering or tooling is considered an advantage.
- Experience or knowledge of stock control and logistics processes is considered an advantage.
- Aviation background is considered an advantage.
