The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in second-line support, possess a very good knowledge of the German language, and be willing to participate in on-call duties.Key Responsibilities:

Provide second-line support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Participate in on-call duties to provide after-hours support as needed.
Document and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining thorough records in our ticketing system.
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
Continuously improve support processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Early and late work hours, service time to be covered by a team between 6 am - 6 pm, Mon-Fri including Polish public holidays.
On-call duty 24/7 and once a quarter planned weekend work.

Required Qualifications:

Command of spoken and written English and German (at least B2)
Windows OR Linux server admin,
Powershell, ITIL, SQL
General experience in IT, preferably in a second-line support role.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to participate in on-call duties and provide support outside regular working hours (additional compensated).

Additional IT certifications or relevant training
Bash/Python (scripting)
Zabbix
