
Application Specialist with German

- Provide second-line support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in on-call duties to provide after-hours support as needed.
- Document and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining thorough records in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
- Continuously improve support processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Early and late work hours, service time to be covered by a team between 6 am - 6 pm, Mon-Fri including Polish public holidays.
- On-call duty 24/7 and once a quarter planned weekend work.
- Command of spoken and written English and German (at least B2)
- Windows OR Linux server admin,
- Powershell, ITIL, SQL
- General experience in IT, preferably in a second-line support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to participate in on-call duties and provide support outside regular working hours (additional compensated).
- Additional IT certifications or relevant training
