Job DescriptionIf you want to:Join a multi-award-winning leading bio pharmaceutical companyBe at the center of innovationApply today!As a Hospital Product Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology portfolio and contributing to the overall success of our company.This position is responsible for kujawsko-pomorskie voivodeship.Preferred candidate location is Bydgoszcz or Toruń.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clinical oncologists, gynecological oncologist, oncological surgeons and other decision-makers;Conduct product presentations, organizing workshops;Plan activities within the territory based on marketing recommendations and in close cooperation with your immediate superior;Create and implement Account Plans in compliance with our procedures and ethical standards;Conduct sales calls directly with prospective and existing customers;Provide product information to customers in line with the marketing strategy and agreed promotional materials;Manage different channels effectively (Omnichannel);Plan, organize, and participate in group activities to support ongoing sales activities;Timely administer e-contract systems, CRM Veeva, and perform relevant reports;Provide timely and relevant information to your superior about the local market, competitors' activities, and implementation of new promotional campaigns;Achieve sales goals while ensuring optimum customer experience and satisfaction;Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams;Maintain a high level of professional competencies;Take responsibility for self-education and staying updated in identified areas;Responsible for the proper maintenance and usage of company assets: car, computer, mobile phone, and promotional materials;Actively learn from more experienced colleagues;Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environmentYou should apply if you have:Strategic planning and decision making skillsUniversity degree, preferably in life science or business5 years of experience in pharma sales preferably in a hospital or drug treatment programs settingsSelf-motivation and energyWe encourage you to apply, especially if you have:Current experience in pharma sales in oncology or pulmonologyWe set financial rates based on regular market reviews.
