- Lead and optimise the full production process in the coating line, digital printing line and cutting line, ensuring high efficiency and quality.
- Champion workplace health & safety, guaranteeing compliance for all employees and contractors.
- Manage production budgets (10M EUR), oversee monthly reporting, investment planning, cost control as well as identify and implement improvements and cost saving initiatives.
- Drive quality control systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Build and lead a motivated team (9 direct, 35 indirect reports), fostering collaboration and a positive working culture.
- Partner with maintenance, planning, purchasing, and logistics teams to optimise workflow, technology, and environmental impact.
- At least 5 years in a production company in a similar role, with proven leadership in operational excellence.
- Technical bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Advanced MS Office, working knowledge of SAP PP, ability to manage cross-functional management systems.
- Polish -fluent, English- proficient
