Job Description:Location: Poland, RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you’ll deliver advanced technical support, manage infrastructure services, and contribute to the security and efficiency of our IT environment. You’ll work with modern tools and technologies, ensuring seamless IT services for our organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 3rd line desktop support, resolving complex technical issues for end-users.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including user management, Group Policies, and security configurations.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.
  • Manage vulnerability assessment and remediation processes to ensure the security of systems and applications.
  • Utilize Tanium for endpoint management, monitoring, and security compliance tasks.
  • Support remote meetings, ensuring smooth operation of video conferencing tools and resolving technical issues.
  • Handle the onboarding of new associates, setting up accounts, devices, and access to required systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge bases related to IT processes and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) must be obtained.
  • Proven experience in Active Directory administration.
  • Solid background in 3rd line desktop support within enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management practices and tools.
  • Experience with Tanium or similar endpoint management solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Office 365).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
