- Provide 3rd line desktop support, resolving complex technical issues for end-users.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including user management, Group Policies, and security configurations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.
- Manage vulnerability assessment and remediation processes to ensure the security of systems and applications.
- Utilize Tanium for endpoint management, monitoring, and security compliance tasks.
- Support remote meetings, ensuring smooth operation of video conferencing tools and resolving technical issues.
- Handle the onboarding of new associates, setting up accounts, devices, and access to required systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge bases related to IT processes and solutions.
- Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) must be obtained.
- Proven experience in Active Directory administration.
- Solid background in 3rd line desktop support within enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management practices and tools.
- Experience with Tanium or similar endpoint management solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Office 365).
