As a Senior People & Process Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our teams, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Join us in making a difference.Your main responsibilities:

You will lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every team member feels supported and equipped to succeed from day one.
By managing recruitment and employee development plans, you'll help us attract top talent and nurture their growth within the organization.
You'll oversee administrative tasks like business trip planning, vacation management, and training coordination, ensuring smooth operations for our teams.
Through regular 1:1 meetings, you'll build strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns and celebrating achievements.
You'll drive continuous improvement by developing technical roadmaps, fostering innovation, and enhancing the developer experience.
Together with cross-functional teams, you'll align on quality standards, process improvements, and strategies to support future growth.

What makes us successful together

Qualification: You hold a university or master's degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.
Experience: You bring at least 5 years of experience in product or technology development, with a proven track record of leading teams.
Know-how and skills: Your expertise spans project management, R&D processes, and continuous process improvement methodologies.
Nice to have: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, including its markets, technologies, and customer needs, is a strong advantage.
Personality: You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best.
Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
