For one of our Clients – a global real estate investment firm with local insight and a focus on sustainable, long-term value – we are looking for a person for the position of:
Lease & Admin Specialist / ExpertResponsibilities:
  • Oversight of lease administration including but limited to review of lease contracts completed by the 3rd parties, setting up new leases and make appropriate adjustments indicated in the leases contract addendum
  • Ensure billing aligns with lease terms, including escalations, indexation, and amendments
  • Liaise with internal teams (Property Management, Legal, Property Accounting) on lease updates and documentation
  • Prepare ease-related reports for internal use and audit support
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy in ERP and lease management systems
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable; leasing or contract billing experience preferred
  • Understanding of lease accounting principles
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
