Python AI Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI algorithms and solutions using Python
• Work with unstructured data intake pipelines and apply generative AI techniques
• Implement, test, and maintain AI models and related algorithms following TDD and best practices
• Collaborate with the Data & AI team on advanced AI initiatives, including sentiment analysis and PII data reduction
• Contribute to the implementation of in-house RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and maintainability of AI solutions

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience in algorithm design for AI applications
• Hands-on experience with generative AI techniques and unstructured data processing
• Familiarity with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and software engineering best practices
• Understanding of observability tools and practices for AI/Cloud systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Previous experience in production-grade AI/ML projects is highly desirable
