Customer Quality Engineer

• Building strong relationships with clients and representing the company during audits, site visits, technical meetings, and remote conferences
• Managing customer complaints using the 8D methodology
• Maintaining complaint-related databases and generating statistical reports on complaint handling
• Performing root cause analysis of major defects and presenting findings
• Addressing ongoing quality and operational issues in a timely manner
• Monitoring and controlling quality-related costs
• Identifying and resolving quality issues in both production processes and finished products
• Overseeing the approval process for production parts in accordance with PPAP/PPA requirements
• Developing and updating quality control plans
• Creating and maintaining quality documentation throughout the production process
• Participating in internal and external audits, including customer audits for active projects
• Implementing corrective and preventive actions following internal audits, customer audits, and complaint investigations

• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and expectations of OEM clients
• Hands-on experience with quality tools such as Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, 8D, and 5Why
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
