The Senior Business Analyst develops reporting and analytics solutions as part of the Lighthouse Connected Brewery development team. The Analysts works closely with the business (breweries) and product developres (BI developres, data engineers, Data Scientiests) to understand and document the business requirements and build the the solutions and increments of the product.Role as team member of the Development team in the Connected brewery lighthouse in Supply Chain Domain. He/She provides services to intelligently support the shop floor of our Breweries in their increasingly complex tasks and unlock opportunities through insights that we never had before.The Connected Brewery is an industrial IIoT solution with very high efficiency, very low maintenance time that can be monitored, diagnosed, and improved on site or remotely thanks to digital.You will work closely together with the Development Teams of our suppliers, Product Owners, Deployment Teams and Supply Chain organization centrally and in our Global TeamResponsibilities include:

Leading development of BI products to address business needs using state-of-the-art BI solutions
Closing a gap between business and development team by translating business needs into technical requirements as well as explaining technical solutions into non-technical, lay terms
Constant cooperation with business to gather requirements and make recommendations on how to improve products as well as related processes, procedures and services based on data
Understanding and analysing data in order to deliver relevant and value-bringing Power BI dashboards
Using knowledge of the specific data available, forecasting / analysis methods and visualization capabilities to enhance requirements and provide insightful suggestions to business stakeholders
Facilitates workshops and use other knowladge sharing technics to establish needs of the buisness in order to create technical solution
Developing deep understanding of the various business processes, datasets and BI deliverables

Candidate's profile:

great communication and interpersonal skills (you will need it to cooperate smoothly with your tech and business colleagues)
experience working in Agile methodologies, cooperating with both IT and business teams
experience in requirements management and documentation, including creating user stories and process documentation
familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Microsoft Teams
ability to create engaging and clear data visualizations, applying best practices in UX/UI for dashboards in addition to using Power BI
facilitation skills to run workshops, stakeholder meetings, and efficiently gather business requirements (must have)
proactive approach to improvements, initiating new solutions rather than only responding to requests
knowledge of business processes and industry areas such as supply chain or manufacturing (nice to have)
being comfortable with building and presenting reports and use cases
willingness to travel to the breweries to make face to face workshops and meetings
fluent English (written and spoken) as you will communicate in English almost all the time
