Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.Your roleYou will be responsible for application portfolio includes various Veeva solutions (Veeva CRM, PromoMats, Align, Engage, etc.), SiteCore, Marketing Cloud, HealthCloud, and other Commercial applications. As part of the application management function, this role is responsible for managing one or more Commercial application platforms and their lifecycle. This includes overseeing outsourced providers delivering application support services to LEO Pharma.
- Maintain lifecycle roadmaps for Commercial applications, ensuring availability, compliance with security and regulatory standards, and effective risk management.
- Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement to meet compliance standards and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, IT partners, and Veeva architects to define strategic visions, roadmaps, and business processes for Veeva applications.
- Balance competing constraints such as scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to meet stakeholder needs effectively.
- Oversee application maintenance, operational outsourcing, and software contract agreements, ensuring adherence to SLAs, financial management, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with GxP IT validation standards, including leading quality record activities, participating in audits/inspections, and facilitating SAB, CAB, and IT LoB meetings.
- Foster a strong technical culture focused on excellence, security, and seamless user experiences across business systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent, with certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, GAMP).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Application Management, including GxP systems, pharma IT compliance, and validation activities.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of relevant solutions, including integration with third-party, on-premise, and cloud-based platforms.
- Proficient in reviewing documentation such as user requirements, release notes, and validation plans/reports.
- Fully proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships and manage conflicts.
- Enterprise thinking, outcome-focused, and able to work independently while driving engagement and innovation.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing ambiguity with situational adaptability.
