They ensure the delivery of a customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clientsYOUR TASKS
  • Monitoring aging reports and analyzing customer accounts to identify overdue balances.
  • Proactively contacting customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status within the accounting system.
  • Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, disputes, or other issues that may impact timely payments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues affecting payment processing.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit management, or a related financial function.
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (minimum B2) is required.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • A degree in economics, finance, or a related field is preferred, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
