The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provides leadership and management for all assigned logisticians and supply clerks.Analyzes and coordinates the logistical functions of a firm or organization.Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.Records maintaining and initiating work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.Works independently with minimal supervision or guidance.Performs other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of qualified logistical experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field (OR) 7+ years of qualified logistical experience and an associate degree in a related field (OR) 9+ years of qualified logistical experience.GCSS-Army Warehouse experience and Supply Support Activity SSA operationsExperience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.Must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one year of validity from start date and the ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.Must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.Knowledge of Federal shipping and logistic regulations.Clearance Requirements:Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting this position.
