Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw)
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate from the field of study as Administration, Management, Psychology and similarResponsibilities:As a part of our team you will:
  • Change map survey tracking and analysis
  • Administer the People Development program
  • Map and manage processes
  • Develop KPIs
  • Manage communications
  • Coordinate initiatives across product lines globally
  • Work with Change Leaders and R&D Management
  • Support local TC initiatives
Qualifications:You have:
  • Active student's status
  • Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge about Scrum, Kanban, PowerBi will be a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Team player spirit
  • Good management skills
