- Lead test case development for websites, web applications, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality application performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to assess application readiness for migration.
- Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Monitor program performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Contribute to test planning, effort estimation, and definition of acceptance criteria.
- Create detailed test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Offer usability and functionality feedback to developers.
- Strategically plan and execute testing approaches aligned with project goals.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiar with development concepts and formats such as Sql, Xml, Json and scripting languages.
- Strong experience in software development area
- Strong experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java or C#; RESTful APIs and performance testing with tools like Apache JMeter
- Experience in cloud environment
- Proficient in Java, C#, and .NET; experience with non-GUI testing (SQL, XML, flat files)
- Strong communication skills with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI environments, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr
