Expectations:

5+ years of experience in Java development
Strong experience with REST APIs and Kafka integrations
Understanding of secure communication protocols
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
Ability to understand and translate business domain into technical solutions
Proficiency in English (B2+)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
