Summary Salary: Competitive Team: Finance Location: Poland - Krakow OfficeThe new Supplier Services function within Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation will provide process and service excellence to support Dyson's growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing Supplier Services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.About The RoleThe Source to Pay System Manager will lead team that is responsible for the content and transformation/change of the platforms through which Dyson engages and transacts with its wide array of Suppliers. The chosen Dyson landscape is SAP Ariba for Source to Receipt including the onboarding and risk assessment of suppliers. Supplier invoicing is captured within S4 Hana and Vendor Invoice Management.StP System Manager holds overall responsibility and accountability for Procurement Systems and delivery of high-quality service for all processes within Source to Pay process area including Supplier Onboarding, Sourcing, Contract Management, Guided Buying and payment process.Will be the subject matter expert who defines, implements, and optimizes the SAP Ariba solution.Create roadmap for System development including business requirements and ensuring growth of process efficiency and compliance.Will Interact with business users and process owners to document enhancement requests and design solutions.Will have to understand the impact of all SAP Ariba modules on different areas of the business and how it interacts within the various Dyson systems.Develop design approaches and recommendations to meet specific business requirements.Plan tests and confirm the enhancements. Build implementation plans for any system changes, oversee entire roll out activities.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all system related project manage by the Team.
Provides technical and functional expertise in Source to Pay system functionalities.
Supports Global Process Owners in setting the transformation agenda and driving process improvements and digitalization.
Continually support the Business as it develops its procurement performance and supplier engagement.
Seek and deliver opportunities to streamline Ariba, VIM workflows and system processes.
Driving and monitoring the tool adoption and usage by end users and suppliers
Coordinate with our external solution partners and Dyson teams to improve performance and efficiency of procurement systems, driving optimization.
Cooperate with the offshore global operational teams to ensure efficiency of the processes and system utilization.
Maintain effective stakeholder engagement through timely and appropriate communication, clear and concise training and knowledge material, and regular touch points.
Ensures adherence to controls and audit requirements while execution of processes.

About You

Min. 3 years' experience in similar role.
Knowledge of business and system solutions and experience with implementing applications.
Very good understanding of Ariba modules, knowledge in overall process flow between Ariba upstream and downstream.
Experience of SAP and VIM.
Experience in Master data setup within Ariba and from SAP Hana.
Knowledge of business and system solutions and experience with implementing applications.
University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy / Management)
Understanding of Finance & Accounting and Procurement processes
Fluency in English
