- Coordinate all system related project manage by the Team.
- Provides technical and functional expertise in Source to Pay system functionalities.
- Supports Global Process Owners in setting the transformation agenda and driving process improvements and digitalization.
- Continually support the Business as it develops its procurement performance and supplier engagement.
- Seek and deliver opportunities to streamline Ariba, VIM workflows and system processes.
- Driving and monitoring the tool adoption and usage by end users and suppliers
- Coordinate with our external solution partners and Dyson teams to improve performance and efficiency of procurement systems, driving optimization.
- Cooperate with the offshore global operational teams to ensure efficiency of the processes and system utilization.
- Maintain effective stakeholder engagement through timely and appropriate communication, clear and concise training and knowledge material, and regular touch points.
- Ensures adherence to controls and audit requirements while execution of processes.
- Min. 3 years' experience in similar role.
- Knowledge of business and system solutions and experience with implementing applications.
- Very good understanding of Ariba modules, knowledge in overall process flow between Ariba upstream and downstream.
- Experience of SAP and VIM.
- Experience in Master data setup within Ariba and from SAP Hana.
- Knowledge of business and system solutions and experience with implementing applications.
- University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy / Management)
- Understanding of Finance & Accounting and Procurement processes
