- Troubleshooting technical problems related to user hardware (laptops, printers, monitors, etc.).
- Providing user support for Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows systems.
- Installing and configuring new systems as well as managing and administering them according to internal requirements.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of networking equipment in cooperation with the Group IT department.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a 1st line IT support or similar position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems.
- Experience in basic Office 365 administration.
- Experience working with ticketing systems.
- Ability to diagnose and locate network issues will be an asset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
- Commitment, independence, and reliability.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Polish & English (min. B2) - cooperation with Global IT.
