Project Manager Engineering (m/f/x)

• Take responsibility for technical planning, contractor selection, and project execution within ALPLA plants across the CEE Region
• Define technical specifications based on project requirements, internal and international standards
• Plan technical solutions and plant setups, considering ALPLA Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
• Create CAD layouts for new manufacturing plants, expansions, and adaptations, including buildings, energy, cooling water, compressed air system, machinery, and upstream/downstream equipment
• Tendering and supplier selection for infrastructure and construction works
• Execution of the installation and change according to ALPLA's project management guideline
• Ensure infrastructure acceptance within the Region CEE
• Collaborate with local, regional and global technical counterparts

• First work experience in mechanical engineering or a similar industry
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of various types of equipment
• Experience in installation management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Basic project management and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
