Continuous commitment to act with integrity with each other, with your communities, business partners and suppliers is the foundation of your success and sustainable growth.Responsibilities:As a Scrum Master, you will work alongside 1-2 Scrum Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfactionGuide and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), ensuring the team sticks to the software development process and achieves sprint goalsCoach and mentor Scrum Team, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the teamProtect Scrum Team from distractions, remove impediments and barriers to successful implementation.Facilitate conflict resolution, and help maintain team focus on the product backlog and project timelineEnsure sprint deliverables consistently meet quality and regulatory guidelinesCollaborate transversally with other members of the Agile communityFacilitate effective communication between Teams and key stakeholdersRegularly monitor, identify, and report progress using appropriate metrics to support project goalsSupport issue/risk tracking and scope management discussionsSupport communication between management and Scrum TeamsRequired Skills/Experience:Excellent English communications skills (Verbal and written)Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc)Working experience on Agile project management tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc)Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to managementBasic knowledge at some software development environments and technologies, e.g.:Software development (Python, JavaScript, ASP, C#, HTML5)Data storage technologies (SQL, .
