If you thrive on building relationships, hunting for new opportunities, and shaping networks that make an impact, this is the role for you.What you’ll do:
Hunt for new opportunities and bring fresh partners onboard
Proactively network to identify and recruit the right partners
Inspire and energise partners with our vision and value proposition – not just a product pitch
Confidently engage with strategic players to unlock major growth
Pick up the phone, open doors, and create new conversations with ease
Collaborate with marketing and colleagues to maximise reach and set partners up for success
QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:
Proven success in developing networks and influencing decision-makers
Background in Learning & Development (or related training/education field)
Resilient, proactive, and motivated by building something bigger
Strong communicator who can turn vision into opportunity
A natural hunter, excited by the challenge of tripling our partner portfolio
Excellent English and Polish skills
