Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.
Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts.

Podstawowe obowiązki:

Maintaining and analyzing Excel spreadsheets (e.g., customer overviews, price lists, forecasts, delivery schedules)
Supporting the sales team with internal order processing, quote generation, and follow-ups
Coordinating the E-Prism team
Orderintace and purchase processing in close collaboration with Procurement, Production, and Logistics
Preparation of sales analyses and monthly reporting
Data maintenance and transferring Excel-based evaluations into structured processes
General administrative tasks in the internal sales department.

Wymagania dotyczące pozycji:

At least 1 year in related positions (Sales Analyst; Controller; Sales Support Specialist)
English level B2
Very good knowledge of Excel (Power BI and CRM tools are welcome)
