3+ years of professional programming experience with at least one modern backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Scala, C#, C++).
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in an international environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
