Location: 100% remote
Type of employment: B2B contract
Remuneration: 110 PLN/hour net + VAT
Project language: German + English

Responsibilitites:

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for documentation related to: Laptops / Workstations, Microsoft Defender & Mail Security, Microsoft 365 Platform, Mobile Device Management, Automation & Software Packaging
Review and validate technical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity and completeness
Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure knowledge is transferred effectively and supports seamless service transition

Own the quality assurance process for knowledge content used during transition and deliveryOrganize and maintain the knowledge platform ensuring consistency, structure and easy accessibilityCoordinate and perform handover to delivery teams, ensuring readiness based on approved documentationContribute to and maintain a digital content strategy aligned with business and technical requirementsSupport training material development as needed to ensure understanding of transitioned servicesRequirements:Fluent in English and German - both written and verbal communicationProven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management in IT or technical environmentsSolid background in technical writing and knowledge content developmentExperience with training delivery and content organization strategiesFamiliarity with workplace services, M365, security and endpoint managementStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and QA processesWe offer:
