
HR Operations Intern for Poland

- Maintaining employee data in HR systems and issuing HR documents
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, scheduling occupational medical examinations
- Manage employee personal files in compliance with Polish legal requirements
- Answering employees' questions and improving our HR knowledge database
- Handling various benefits, from employee enrollment, through the regular execution, such as insurance, pension schemes, cafeteria, and more

- University degree (completed or in progress), preferably within HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong interest in the HR area, especially in Polish Labour Law
- Previous working experience in HR will be an asset
