You’ll be the link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring every order is processed accurately and on time.Manage incoming sales and consignment orders using SAP and EDI/ESKER systemsCollaborate with in-country Customer Care teams to ensure alignment and timely communicationResolve order issues quickly and professionally to meet customer expectationsSupport the adoption of electronic ordering systems and contribute to achieving “Perfect Order” targetsWhat will you need to be successful?You’ll be someone who thrives on precision, teamwork and customer satisfaction. You’ll bring a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.0–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with SAP and MS Office skillsA Master’s or Bachelor’s degreeFluent Polish and good English; German is a plus but not essentialStrong communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilityFlexibility and a collaborative approach to working with international teamsYou.
