Join us in Wrocław as a Senior Data Governance Specialist and help us unlock the full potential of our data to drive smarter decisions, better outcomes and a stronger business.What will you be doing?As a Senior Data Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our enterprise-wide data strategy. You will lead the development and implementation of governance solutions for Product Master Data, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will champion data as a strategic asset and drive adoption of best practices across the organisation.In this role, you will:Define and implement data governance, data quality and data management strategies across the enterpriseDevelop and maintain policies, playbooks and procedures for data security, privacy and disseminationAct as a key liaison between business and IT, ensuring data requirements are clearly defined and prioritisedEnable data governance tools across business units and support analytics governance for enterprise data use casesCollaborate with business units to resolve data quality and availability issues, supporting data engineers and scientistsLead change management and user adoption strategies to mature our data practicesWhat will you need to be successful?To thrive in this role, you will be a proactive problem solver, a strong communicator and a strategic thinker who enjoys working collaboratively. You will bring:At least 5 years of experience in large-scale data governance, management and quality operationsStrong understanding of data management principles, data quality improvement and regulatory complianceStrong Excel skills and experience working in SAP systemExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with virtual teams and senior leadershipHands-on experience with tools such as Informatica, Alation, Winshuttle, Power BI (nice to have)Experience working across multiple source systems including Axapta, Eflow and PTC Windchill (nice to have)You. Unlimited.
