You'll oversee multiple teams, ensuring the smooth service, maintenance, and repair of our innovative wind turbine generators. Your day might start with active safety leadership on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and end with mentoring technicians to enhance their skills. With a focus on technical excellence and safety, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission for renewable energy forward.How You'll Make an Impact

Lead safety initiatives in the turbine and wind farm, ensuring compliance with SGRE standards and legislation.
Manage technical and safety documentation, develop risk assessments, and deliver technical and safety Tool Box Talks.
Act as the technical lead for managing and resolving technical queries with Service Technology and field staff.
Oversee remote diagnosis of turbine faults and supervise critical tasks, ensuring compliance with customer and contractual obligations.
Mentor and develop technician competencies, leading large teams on-site and supervising special projects.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Technician, ideally within the wind industry, with management experience and a track record of working with contractors and customers.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, and preferably SAP, ATS, and remote diagnostic tools.
Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and lead a team of service technicians.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and a comprehensive understanding of technician competencies.
Valid driving license and willingness to work 50/50 work rotation shifts as per business needs.
Proficient English
