- Coordinate quality activities within the project and extended teams
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR)
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation
- Define and maintain control plans and measurement devices
- Lead FMEA and quality risk analysis
- Handle complaints, non-conformities, and deviations
- Apply problem-solving tools (8D, root cause analysis)
- Support audits and corrective action plans
- Ensure delivery of APQP milestones
- Train teams on quality tools and methodology
- Master's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or materials Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of automotive experience
- Solid knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001
- Experience with quality tools: FMEA, APQP, SPC, DOE
- Strong understanding of GD&T and metrology
- Ability to manage risks and stop production when needed
- Fluent in English (+ German is a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 60 % of time (depending on project phase)
