Workload: 100%We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our Axpo Finance team in Poland. This is a replacement contract for 18 months, covering maternity leave. You will play a key role in analyzing business results, improving processes, and supporting financial operations.What you will do:

Analyze financial results and prepare regular reports.
Monitor financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and control costs.
Coordinate group and local financial close processes (IFRS, local GAAP).
Prepare and analyze data for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to monitor project revenues.
Drive automation and improvement of mass workflow processes.

What you bring & who you are:

Master’s degree in Economy, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a financial role.
Proficiency in financial models and data processing automation (e.g., VBA, SQL, Python).
Experience with tools like Tagetik and Navision/Business Central is an advantage.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Fluent in Polish and English.
