Our Data Management team collaborates with the study team to develop robust data management systems and ensure quality data. We are looking for an entry/intermediate level Data Associate / Data Manager to join our team to support study data management activities. This is a great opportunity for you to gain needed industry experience from a very talented Data Management Team and successful grow and contribute within our department.   • Act as an assistant or Co-lead working in support of the Lead Data Manager in performing with limited oversight from the Lead Data Manager on multiple research projects:
  • Start-up: project set-up, database development, edit check development, UAT, third party vendor set-up, data integration, listing development, clinical data management plan
  • Maintenance: data receipt, data delivery, data review, TPV reconcilation, data reports, query management
  • Finalization: data finalization, database freeze/lock, project close-out
  • Review and apply protocols specified guidelines
  • Work closely with project team to ensure quality project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Work in accordance with Rho’s Remote Hybrid Work Policy and attend meetings at any of Rho’s offices, sites or client’s office as needed’
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to email and other communication requests in a timely fashion using a variety of methods including but not limited to email, instant messaging and other communication tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Take initiative to complete project-specific responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or US equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in developing clinical trials databases in available EDC system (i.e., RAVE, Medro, Oracle Clinical);
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho’s. Proficiency in English and local language
