Position: Payroll Operations Manager (Fixed-term contract)Job Description:ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, you will manage a team of approx. 10 Payroll Analysts responsible for payroll delivery across Poland and selected Eastern European countries. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance, drive improvements, and coordinate work with external vendors.WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Lead and develop a payroll team of approx. 10 specialists.
Oversee payroll operations for Poland and CEE countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage the payroll cycle: approvals, accounting files, time tracking, absence management, pensions.
Cooperate with external vendors and resolve escalations.
Ensure compliance with Polish and regional payroll regulations.
Review and prepare payroll reports for HR, Finance, and Audit purposes.
Implement process improvements and support payroll-related projects.

WHO YOU ARE:

8+ years of payroll experience, including strong knowledge of Polish payroll and exposure to CEE countries.
2+ years of team management experience.
Fluent English (C1); knowledge of other regional languages would be an asset.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform under time pressure.
Able to handle confidential data with discretion.
